The Story

Hi, I am Sing Jye, a volunteer of the Clean Our Plate Project. Through this project, people will realize the harm of food waste to society and the importance of charitable donations. I am fundraising for this campaign because I believe a person's strength is limited, if everyone works together, it will not be difficult. Doing charity is the process of conveying love, and there is no distinction between big or small contributions.

Environmental protection has received increasing attention in recent years, and people are urged to take an active role in environmental protection activity. Yet, people don't seem to conserve the environment based on sound environmental principles or a positive social context. When ordering food and purchasing ingredients, I frequently observe that some people are still excessive and wasteful. They are unable to make rational purchases that meet their needs, which results in waste.

The food bank is the most well-known of the numerous public welfare initiatives that provide food donations. Sharing food with those in need is preferable to throwing out outdated or leftover food. Also, little donations are the most effective way to engage yourself and the public, encourage them to pay attention to vulnerable populations, and encourage them to assist people in need. Then those who can assist will inevitably step forward. Let us work together a loving community starts with you and me.
