The Story

Hello, there! I am Yi Shuen, and I am the current Sales Executive of AIESEC in Johor Bharu. I started today my fundraising page to support our Clean Our Plate project. They do an amazing job cultivating food waste reducing practices such as regenerating food compost from food waste.

I would love to support this cause because in my current role, I learnt that food waste and food surplus issue is a larger conundrum to the environment than it looks. It contributes to side effects such as wastes money, creates unnecessary greenhouse gases, etc. My fundraising online page intends to raise RM2000 to support the organization for their continuous efforts to positively impact the community on educating them on tackling food waste issues. The campaign finishes on the 3/1/2024!
