Problem Statement

In the shadows of our communities, a challenge persists, often unseen but deeply felt – the cycle of generational poverty. This is not just a matter of economics, but a complex web of social issues, where young lives are subtly steered towards paths shadowed by adversity, including gangsterism, prostitution, and drug addiction. It's a cycle that often repeats, with each generation inheriting not just poverty, but the lack of hope that comes with it.

Solution

Our campaign is a ray of light in these shadows, aiming to bring a change to these young lives. We plan to conduct inspiring workshops and meaningful interviewing sessions at RUMAH SAYANGAN and BJCK. These are not just spaces for learning; they are havens where children can see beyond their immediate surroundings to a world of possibilities. Through education and empowerment, we aim to offer these children a different narrative, one where they are the authors of their own futures.
