Project Amitabha 2024: A great contribution from a little mercy movement

The Story

Greetings, everyone! I'm Ngui Yu Wei, the director of the community volunteering project, Project Amitabha 2024, with AIESEC in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Allow me to share more about myself and the passion that drives me.

As we know, the current society has been flooded with several kind of the discriminations (such as financial level, health, races, and etc), which results to an inequalites among the community. Thus, the whole nation will be affected by such a critical social issues which it may cost to the development of country in terms of economics, happiness, reputation and so on.

For me, I am deeply committed to creating positive change in our community. My passion lies in addressing social issues, particularly the prevailing inequalities that affect the lives of many. As the director of Project Amitabha, I believe in the power of collective action and volunteerism to make a lasting impact on the lives of those facing challenges.


Therefore, we are glad to announce that we are launching a fundraising campaign to support Project Amitabha 2024 because tackling inequalities requires resources.
