The Story

Calling out every hero of hope!

I am Alicia from AIESEC in Universiti Putra Malaysia. AIESEC strives for peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential as an organization. This project, Guardian of Disability aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 10, which wishes to create an impact by supporting physically disabled people by providing equal employment opportunities.

The reason I am fundraising for this campaign is deeply rooted in my commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of physically disabled people. It pains me to witness the disparities in labor force participation, unemployment rates, and quality of life for physically disabled individuals in Malaysia. They should have equal employment opportunities and should not face any discrimination.

Our Beneficiary 

Independent Living and Training Centre (ILTC) Malaysia

A beacon of hope for the disability community, located in Rawang, that aims for empowerment and ensures they are ready and aware of how to start self-sustaining. They strive to reduce the inequality faced by disabled people. The funds raised will support ILTC Malaysia in purchasing specialized equipment and assist in emergency medical support.
