Quality Education for B40 Students

The Story

The pandemic has affected life worldwide and had seemingly negative impacts on all industries and social groups. However, the one industry that has been severely affected by this pandemic is the education industry, specifically the students who are part of the B40 community. In this age of digital education, it is difficult for these students to get access to a quality education because of a lack of resources like a good network and other technical equipment. Consequently, most of them cannot access quality education that can help them develop good communication and technical skills, which are essential for their future employment.

The goal of Crowdfunding Campaign EduQuity 1.0:

-Raise awareness about the challenges faced by the B40 students 

-Empower society to support and advocate for the B40 students in order to foster a more inclusive Malaysia 

-Generate funds to support the B40 students and AIESEC in Sunway’s Speak Up! 12.0 project.
