The Story

Love Yourself project founded by AISEC aims to empower students regarding their awareness of mental health. Mental health is often being overlooked by physical health, even though it is important as physical health. This project will guide students on prioritizing their mental health as much as their physical health.In the Love Yourself project, students will develop the skills on how to deal with their mental health problems as this project will expose them to the knowledge related to mental health given by speakers who are qualified in the area.Students have the potential to bring their utmost skills inside them as they have the ability to know and appreciate themselves more.
