Speak Up for a Better Tomorrow!

The Story

Hello everyone, my name is Lai Kim Hin. I am one of the Local Virtual Volunteers of Speak Up 12.0 Project organized by AIESEC. Do you know that 3,500,000 students in Malaysia do not meet the minimum English proficiency required from secondary school graduates? This implies 72% of Malaysian students will enter the workforce at a disadvantage. Do you know there is a 70% income gap between an SPM graduate with and without English proficiency?

In Speak Up 12.0 Project, we aim to provide a higher and better quality education, especially in STEM and English along with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Number 4: Quality Education. Through this project, we hope to be able to offer the best contribution that we can in the development of a better STEM Education quality. On top of that, we wish all the knowledge delivered through this project will be applicable and useful for students in need.
