Not Special Needs, Just Human Needs (SDG10: Reduced Inequalities)

The Story

Hi! I am Brendan Jap, an undergraduate at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus. Since I was a child, I have been passionate about assisting those in need, regardless of their age, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, or religion.

In my current project, 'Get Fit, Get Inclusive' by AIESEC in Sunway, I gained a better understanding of Special Needs Children. I realized the current education system does not provide adequate support and inclusive 'special education programs to accommodate Special Needs Children.

Consider your own experiences; how did you react when you were excluded from a group? Isn't this similar to the situation with Special Needs Children, who are often excluded from society?

Here’s a step-by-step guide on our process.

2. You can make a pure donation, redeem our merchandise or make a direct merchandise purchase.

For merchandise redemption:

1. Select the “redeem merchandise option.”
2. Attach your proof of donation.
3. Select your donation range.
4. Select the items that you wish to redeem.
5. Input your sizes if necessary.

For direct merchandise purchase:

1. Select the “purchase merchandise” option.
2. Input the quantity of each item that you would like to purchase.
3. Attach your proof of payment.
