I'm Jin Xuan from AIESEC in UTAR. There is a story of my start from here.
Friends, if you know me before, I'm a person who lacks confidence because of poor English proficiency. Yet, Covid happened during my degree life, and I had no choice but to attend class virtually. What is the outcome of virtual learning except for convenience study? Lack of opportunity to interact with people, lack of opportunity to speak up while improving English. To make a small change, I joined AIESEC, a global youth-led non-profit organization that strives to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential by activating leadership qualities in youth.
It is not easy to spark the interest of students to learn about STEAM and increase their communication confidence, therefore we come out with an initiative to spark their curiosity about chemistry, by providing a hands-on project for secondary school students.
Having Quality Education as our final goal, we are taking the initiative to create an impact in the B40 community by donating soap kits for education purposes. We plan to provide soap kits related to STEAM education for 40 beneficiaries from B40 students aged 15-17 in Perak secondary school.
Charity begins at home, but should not end there.
Support us by donating a minimum of RM10 to our campaign or sharing with your friends around!
Sincerely,
Jin Xuan
