The Story

Good day :) I'm Thenmoli Segaran, an Ecology student at University of Malaya. This is a crowdfunding initiative by AIESEC in University Malaya's Clean Our Plate Virtual Volunteering Programme. Clean Our Plate envisions to create a world with zero food waste. Food wastage has caused lots of damage to the environment by releasing harmful emissions and societal crises like poverty and famine. Many of us tend to overlook the amount of food we waste on a daily basis and the impact it causes.

I am utterly grateful to be a part of this project because millions of Malaysians are struggling to make ends meet during the pandemic. Many have lost their jobs and have no source of income. The funds we raise with your contribution through this campaign, will be chanelled to Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia where the underpriviledged will be recieving basic necessities.
