Deborah's Fundraising Campaign for "Here For You"

The Story

Hi! My name is Deborah Kwek, a Local Virtual Volunteer in the "Here For You Winter" project organised by AIESEC in Taylor's University. Many has asked me why I joined this project despite having a busy schedule filled with assignments, studies and the juggle of my own personal life. Well, to answer that question, I am no stranger to participating in volunteering projects. I have a strong belief in giving back to the community, not only to help those in need but to also develop my own interpersonal skills. Specifically for this project, I would like to raise awareness about cancer and its risks in the society today. Besides raising awareness, I would also like to help NGOs such as the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM) to raise sufficient funds to continue their efforts in providing education, care and support services for people affected by cancer.

In order to fulfill that purpose, I would need your help. 

Your help in donating funds to this campaign would aid NCSM to provide a home for cancer children and their caregivers who do not have sufficient funds to sustain their lifestyle. Your help would also provide food on the table for these cancer children to enjoy. Your help would also impart a highly subsidised cancer screening for the public and free screening for the underprivileged community.
