Marine Needs your HELPPPP

The Story

¡Hola! I am Ethan. I am a KL boy, currently in my first year pursuing a mathematics degree at the University of Malaysia Sabah (UMS). Three months ago, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and decided to be a member of AIESEC. In the short span of three months, I am exposed to so many issues that are greatly damaging the Earth, yet I was unaware of these issues. I am beyond grateful that I am now aware of these issues. But knowing these issues alone are not sufficient, our actions are required in order to make the Earth a better place for all. 

A major issue happening in Sabah is the life under the sea. Issues such as water pollution and the unsustained marine ecosystem are bringing much harm to marine life. Therefore AIESEC in UMS decided to launch a project named Nature Warrior 5.0, which contributes to the Sustainable Development Goal number 14, Life Below Water. The goal of life below water is to conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas, and marine resources for sustainable development.
