Be Confident|Speak Up

The Story

Hi! I am Zhi Tao, the Local Committee President from AIESEC in Kedah-Perlis, Malaysia.

As part of the world's largest youth-run organization, we are passionate about delivering sustainable impacts to our community that able to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential one day.

This project "SPEAK UP" is a project that aims to increase students' confidence level to speak up to the world. We develop their English Proficiency and enhance their personal development thru workshops and consistent communication initiatives.

We have run this project in Kedah and Perlis for more than 5 years and until today, we have brought in more than 50 Global Volunteers from different countries like China, Egypt, Vietnam, Indonesia, and so on to share their culture and experience to the students in Kedah and Perlis.

In the project itself, we are developing the youth leadership in our volunteers and at the same time, we encourage and empower the students in Kedah and Perlis to be more confident in speaking up their ideas and perspective in English and also hosting STEM-related workshop to develop essential skills in them.

We are a not for profit organization, and we need sufficient financial support to ensure the impact we created can be sustainable enough for a long term. And that is why, we are running the fundraising here, to gather everyone's efforts to create a beautiful impact on the community.
