MERDEKA WEEK Covid-19 Fundraiser

The Story

Hi friends! In the spirit of Malaysia's month of independence, I'm raising funds for NGOs across the country to help the most vulnerable communities, families and individuals get through the COVID-19 crisis and get back on their feet. 

With new clusters appearing in a few states, I believe that it's important we continue to help our fellow Malaysians (or our fellow Southeast Asians!) survive however much we can.

Where will my money go?

When you donate to NGOHub, your money is allocated to a number of NGOs that serve B40 (lowest-income) families, refugee communities, people with disabilities, and more. 

Can anybody give to this fundraiser?

Friends from other countries are of course more than welcome to participate in the fundraiser. Much love to you if you do!!

How much are we aiming to raise?

Let's aim to raise RM 3108 by 31/08/2020, Merdeka Day! At the end of the fundraiser I will match the donations up to RM 1,000 and/or do what I can to bring the final sum to RM 3108.
