The YWCA KL Vocational Training Opportunity Centre (VTOC) was established in September 1998 to serve the needs of young women and girls from economically disadvantaged segments of Malaysia irrespective of race, religion and culture. It has enriched the lives of young women and girls by equipping them with, vocational skills, development opportunities, entrepreneurial knowledge, information & communication technology (ICT) competencies.
