Founded and formed on the 11th of December 2013, Kloth Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Kloth Malaysia) is a Malaysian social enterprise that keeps fabric and plastic away from landfills through a circular economy business model. It aspires to change mindsets and empower Malaysians to take action in keeping fabric and plastic away from landfills.

In 2019, Kloth Malaysia was awarded the Social Enterprise Accreditation SE.A status by the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (MEDAC) for the positive impacts it has contributed to the environment. Kloth Cares Fabric Recycling Movement, Kloth Wear and Woman Up Movement by Kloth Cares are sustainable brands established by Kloth Malaysia which are in line with its sustainability commitment pillars; Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose and Recycle.

Kloth Malaysia is planning to launch Kloth Cares Plastic Recycling Movement in 2021. By 2030, the social enterprise wants to become the leader for collecting unwanted fabric and plastic and giving them new life with higher economic value whilst prioritizing women towards economic empowerment through job creations.
