THE PROBLEM

In an era marked by profound economic shifts, a rapidly evolving job market, and widening disparities in income and opportunity, the importance of Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8) cannot be overstated. We, AIESEC in Johor Bahru is proud to introduce Southern Youth Leadership Conference (SYLC), a comprehensive and dynamic initiative aimed at addressing these global challenges and steering the world towards a more equitable and prosperous future.

At the heart of this project lies the recognition of the multifaceted issues encapsulated by SDG 8. We understand that achieving sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, along with decent work for all, is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. THE SOLUTION

A Comprehensive Approach
